By using Super-Resume.com, you accept these Terms of Use as (i) a legally binding contract between you and Super-Resume.com LLC and (ii) as a revocable limited license.
If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms of Use and supervise your use of Super-Resume. Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Super-Resume.
We provide services for creating and distributing your resume. These services may change from time to time.
We charge for our services, however, you may build your resume and review it to ensure your satisfaction before paying. You must pay for our service before downloading or distributing your resume. Our fees vary depending on the service provided.
Payment shall be made via credit or debit card or other means agreed between a user and Company. For some levels of service, charges may be incurred on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly). Payment is charged in advance and shall be subject to automatic renewal for the same period as the original payment period. You agree to automatic renewals if you sign up for service on a periodic basis. Periodic payments will be charged to your credit or debit card, or other payment mechanism, without requiring prior authorization in each instance; except, that you may cancel your account at any time. If you cancel before the renewal date specified in your account, there will be no further charges.
Cancellations are made through your account. If you want to cancel your subscription or service, click on “Your Account” link at the top of our homepage and then click on the “Cancel Subscription” button (this feature is available if you are currently subscribed to the premium features). Cancelling your subscription immediately stops all premium services, but does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
In the event of any failure by a user to make payment, we reserve the right to suspend your account. Super-Resume.com does not guarantee refunds.
Super-Resume allows you to create a resume using content that you provide. Content that you provide may include text, photographs, graphics, videos, and other types of content (collectively, “Contributions”). Your content may be used only in order to create and distribute a bona fide resume for professional and occupational purposes. You may not access or use our services for any other purpose other than the services we offer. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm, claims or damages resulting from your Contributions.

We provide templates and other copyrighted information on an “AS IS” basis for informational purposes. If you are using our services in accordance with these Terms of Use, then you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use this information in connection with our services and in accordance with these Terms of Use. This information may be used only in connection with our services and may not be used for other purposes or copied, reproduced, aggregated, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners.
Our web site will maintain certain data that you transfer for the purpose of the performance of our services, as well as data relating to your use of our services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are primarily responsible for all data that you transfer or that relates to the services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
We care about the privacy of our users. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy and to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
We reserve the right to terminate your account, delete your data and deny you access to our services for any reason, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Use. We also reserve the right at any time in its sole discretion to block certain IP addresses from accessing our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPER-RESUME BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST EMPLOYMENTS, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ADVISED US OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Super-Resume, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from and against, any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Contributions, use of our services, and/or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
Copyright owners who believe that a user our services has posted infringing content may provide notice in compliance with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to Franklin Schmidt at 1206 Galloway Dr., El Paso, TX 79902, Telephone (915) 642-7201, email dmca@super-resume.com. There will be no response to communications that do not involve copyright infringement. Communications related to privacy, violation of our Terms of Use or other abuse must be submitted by email to abuse@super-resume.com.
Any action related to this agreement will be governed by Delaware law and controlling U.S. federal law. Any legal action brought concerning the use of our services or these Terms of Use or any dispute hereunder shall be brought only in the State or federal courts of Delaware. Both parties submit to venue and jurisdiction in these courts.
These Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Super-Resume regarding the use of our services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement and your account may not be assigned by you. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. You agree to be bound to any changes to these Terms of Use when you use our services after any such modification becomes effective. We may also, in our discretion, choose to alert all users with whom we maintain email information of such modifications by email to your most recently provided email address. Modifications to these Terms of Use shall be effective after posting or email notice, as applicable.
BY USING SUPER-RESUME, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, THEN STOP USING OUR SERVICES AND CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT.
